The Lord Cares for You

The Lord God sent His only begotten Son from heaven to rescue humankind from their sins. That is why we endure hardships in life and why God the Father sent the Lord Jesus Christ who never sinned, to endure pain, rejection, loneliness, abuse, and the death of the cross. The Lord Jesus offered Himself as a sacrifice death on the cross for the sins of humanity. Our heavenly Father raised Him from the grave and now the Lord Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father as the Great High Priest.

The LORD our God knows all our thoughts and needs. He wants you to know that He loves and cares for you. The LORD God wants a personal relationship with you, and not one by force. You have a choice between spending eternity with Him or eternity in the Lake of Fire with those who choose to remain in sin. The Lord Jesus Christ says: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcome and sat down with My Father on His throne” (Revelation 3:20-21).

The Lord Jesus can remove your anger and fear. He says “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:27).

The Lord Jesus has the answer to your daily challenges and burdens. He says: “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light” (Matthew 11:28-30).

The Lord Jesus offers you forgiveness of all your sins (guilt and failures). He says, “He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5). Therefore, open your heart and confess your sins to Him because He cares for you.

Scripture Verses for Mediation

“The LORD your God in your midst the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with His love, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing” (Zephaniah 3:17).

“… casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7).

“I will not forget you. See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands(Isaiah 49: 15, 16).

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God’ and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6, 7).

Prayer

Lord, I praise You because You are the God of grace. Thank You for Your mercy and grace toward me when I fall and for giving me a new opportunity to serve and obey You. Help me to cast all of my cares on You and trust in You and Your perfect will for me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
