military, military spouses, and veterans from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

ARMY BIRTHDAY FESTIVAL, JUN 11
Celebrate the Army’s 247th Birthday at the Army Birthday Festival, a
family-friendly event to be held outdoors at Joint Base Myer-Henderson
Hall’s Summerall Field beginning at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 11. The
festival will feature family-focused activities, food and entertainment.
Attendance will be limited to 2,000, so be sure to register and
purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets are available for purchase –
$10 for adults (18 and older) and free for 17 and under – at

will be held Sunday, June 12.
ARMY BIRTHDAY MEAL, JUN 14
Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall military, civilian staff, family members,
and retirees are invited to the 247th Army Birthday Meal luncheon at the
JBM-HH Dining Facility, Bldg. 407, 214 McNair Road, from 11 a.m. to 1
p.m., Tuesday, June 14. The Army Birthday cake cutting will take place
at 12 noon. The JBM-HH “TOG” Dining Facility is open to all branches of
the military, DoD employees with a Common Access Card and retirees. For
those without meal cards, the meal price is cash only. The nearest
24-hour ATMs are located at the Armed Forces Bank (Bldg. 451) and the
Army and Air Force Exchange Store (AAFES). Please see the attached
birthday meal menu.
Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall remains at Health Protection Condition
