Without question, body, soul and spirit are linked. The Lord our God made us that way. He alone can give us the gift of spiritual peace to sooth a troubled mind by replacing worry with trust, fear with faith.
Out of 24 hours in one day, He gives us time to rest our tried body. So, give the Lord your battles taking place in your mind, and let your heart rest in His peace. Commit yourself to the Lord, the healer and restorer of life.

Prayer
Lord God, help me to give our daily stress, worries, and senseless squabbles to you in prayer. Grant me your peace that surpasses all understanding and guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Lord God, I give You all those things that drive out my peace and I hand them all over to You. I will take comfort in the peace only you can give me now and forever. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
