To always have a peace of mind wherever you are on your journey on this earth, it is important that you must spiritually place your interests, purposes, and hopes in the LORD’s hands. 1 Peter 5:6-7 says, “Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hands of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all you care upon Him, for He cares for you.”
If you surrender yourself to the LORD for His guidance and direction every day, He will exalt you – He will help you attain your purposes and sustain you above all your disappointments. Cast all your cares upon the LORD our God for HE cares for you!

Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me to keep my mind fixed on You every day. Lord, help me to turn away from negative thoughts and fears and to turn to You always for help. Change my worry into courage to live a purposeful life trusting in Your unfailing love, protection and peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
