CEB announces Pro Bono Resource Center

Friends —

I hope you’re all well and gearing up for a productive and not too crazy
fourth quarter. I’m writing with a quick update.

I’m proud to share that CEB has just launched our Pro Bono Resource Center. This is CEB content outside of the firewall, specifically aimed at helping nonprofits. Please feel free to not only access this content, but to share the link widely among your own networks. This is an opportunity for us to provide the social sector with some of the same services and council we share with our clients and members. You can read more about the site in our press release
https://news.cebglobal.com/2016-11-04-CEB-Brings-Talent-Management-Best-Practices-to-Non-profits-Worldwide.

The site includes tools and guidance to help nonprofit leaders with important talent challenges. For this first release, we’ve included actionable resources gathered from progressive companies to help nonprofits recruit top talent, and to help managers more effectively engage and develop their direct reports.

It is our goal to keep this content updated and to add content as we move forward, so we would welcome your feedback.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions to either me or our Pro Bono Manager, Ben Arendt .

We look forward to working with you and continuing to share best practices as we help the social sector get better so you can do better and do more.

Be well,

Lisa
